SHIPPING POLICY

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that all shipping info is correct before submitting a final order.

Shipping labels will be purchased and printed directly as entered by the customer. Sunflower and Stone is not responsible for packages that are undelivered or misdelivered.

Packages that are returned to headquarters due to incorrect shipping information will incur the reshipping fee of $10.00, payable to Sunflower and Stone via CashApp: $sunflowerandstone or Venmo: @sunflowerandstone

Please keep in mind that this business is solely run by one person. Orders are shipped in the order that they are received & based on inventory. 

 

LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES

It SUCKS!! We know! 

Large and well established companies usually have an insurance policy for these types of things. As a building business however, these types of losses are insured under the shipping carrier only. Sunflower and Stone is not responsible for packages lost or marked delivered by the United States Postal Service. If you suspect your package has been stolen, and your tracking number states it's been delivered, please contact your local USPS Branch and file a claim: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
