Shipping Policy
All sales are final. Sunflower and Stone does not offer refunds on any items.
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. Shipping labels are created exactly as entered by the customer. Sunflower and Stone is not responsible for undelivered or misdelivered packages due to incorrect information. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number. At that point, Sunflower and Stone is no longer responsible for the package. Shipping addresses cannot be changed once the order is placed. Any return shipping fees or loss of items are the customer’s responsibility.
Keep in mind, Sunflower and Stone is a one-woman show! Orders are shipped in the order they’re received and depend on inventory availability. Please allow 4-10 days for processing and shipping.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES
It SUCKS—trust me, I get it. Unfortunately, as a growing small business, Sunflower and Stone does not cover lost or stolen packages. These incidents are only insured by the shipping carrier. If your tracking number shows the package as delivered but you believe it was stolen, please contact your local USPS branch and file a claim: USPS Claims.
